After my mom died she only wanted to be cremated and in an urn at my home with me by my Dad's urn. Nothing else. I brought her urn in a cardboard box expected her cremains to be put in it and leave. However, Wayne set up her urn in a small chapel that was beautiful! It helped give me closer and my mom respect and dignity. He also gave me a very nice container to transport her urn home in. He went above and beyond for me. From the minute I first walked threw their door he made this difficult process go as easy and smooth as possible. With genuine caring and compassion.

Everything was been done very professionally, empathetically and swiftly. Anytime I had questions someone was always available. Death certificates were received quickly. I was very satisfied with our cremation services

We had an exceptional experience with Gorsline Runcimen from start to finish. Mandy was patient and very helpful during the initial set-up and Meagan did a wonderful job with our final funeral arrangements. Such a relief to have my funeral arrangements completed and paid for. There are a lot of decisions that have to be made and Michelle made the process easily manageable. It was such a good experience. I’ve told all my friends and family they should consider making funeral arrangements themselves.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Mandy Tefft to discuss a Cremation policy. She was so pleasant.. so helpful and knowledgeable! She explained everything to me, while pointing out the definite advantage to advanced planning. There are many options available from caskets to visitation to funeral services. I felt comfortable talking with Mandy, cared about and she pointed out things that hadn't even occurred to me. Our family has depended on Gorsline Runciman for many years to handle this time with dignity, respect and honor toward us and our family member. I highly recommend Gorsline Runciman and Mandy Tefft.

I called several funeral homes in the area. From the first time someone answered I knew this would be the place. The voice behind the phone was filled with compassion and comfort. Yet I asked her to call me back. She did right on time. It turns out this was the most affordable place where we could gift my recently passes sister with A Cedar Bath. Our cultural way to cleanse our loved ones. When I posted details for friends and family, on social media; an ol pal from elementary school reached out to tell me she works at this place. We had been out of touch for a decade or more till that moment. Even tho I lost a sister I reconnected with a friend. I knew this place would be true to the definition of Dignity. As with many losses there was some family drama. The team handled us all with great care even as some of us lost our tempers towards the others. The inside of the funeral home was beautiful. Cleaned well, easy to navigate the building. Each room we visited felt comfortable, not to many distractions for my ADHD. The chapel was large with many seats and decorated in calm beauty. We had a unique situation with our son being in Hawaii. Elizabeth at Gorsline was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and paid attention to so many details. She knew what to do and how to do it and kept us informed every step of the way. We would have been lost without her. Respectful, kind, knowledgeable, and actively working for us.
